Kitty Pride: Food Chain is a game made on GDevelop and is the second saga in the Kitty Pride license. It tells the story of SkullCat's confrontation with Nermal and the latter's defeat. It contains the story arcs of the Jurassic, the modern world, the dead brain hell and the great hunt.
Characters
Protagonists
- SkullCat - A zombie cat and Nermal's most devoted servant, born when Nermal swallowed a flesh star during the Jurassic period, he taught him to hunt and speak and later gained a robotic body to prevent Nermal from destroying the modern world.
- Nermal - The very strongest megafelis the world has ever seen. Before being brought back to modern times by Joly Biggs' time powers, he first lived in prehistory, which he dominated and where he ate almost all the dinosaurs single-handedly, nowaday, people call him the emperor of the beasts
- Dassy - A robotic human, he led the alien attack on Nermal and SkullCat's planet and eventually led SkullCat to defeat the tyrants who rule Earth.
Antagonists
- Dr Follimore - A human being, a scientist who burned the last books on earth to erase all written traces of human culture, and then drove himself to madness because of it. He's the main antagonist of the Dead Brains Hell arc.
- Orguan - A powerful hyena who hunts down gnolls, senator in wolf country. She organized the experiment that turned SkullCat into a robot.
- Feather lore - A gigantic white bird that speaks telepathically, he destroyed the planet partially at the end of the game.
Neutral and minor characters
- Nermal's mother - A megafelis who betrayed her clan to protect her babies but was trampled to death by a brontosaurus.
- Nermal's father - The leader of the megafelis pack where Nermal was born, he rejected him when he returned and Nermal killed him.
- Miliana - The leader of the Pegasus knights protecting BlackMoon, she confronts Nermal but is defeated in a single blow.
- Serah - A Pegasus knight protecting BlackMoon, she confronts Nermal but is defeated in a single blow.
Game screens
- Map screen - The characters moves on the maps and can start fights with enemies.
- Battle screen - The player controls Nermal or SkullCat, who must confront enemies with the possibility of eating them afterwards to become stronger.
- Combo creation screen - The combo building system lets the player decide how to fight.
