Shukla is a chocolate bat. She can be found in a cat village near BlackMoon in Food Chain. She has the power to turn things into food and accidentally turned herself into chocolate one day, and hasn't been able to walk since.
Distinctive traits

Her transformation into chocolate messed up Shukla's brain and drove her insane.
She loves to be food, has a passion for chocolate and spends all her time eating. Sometimes she pretends to be the main course at a big meal, because she instinctually loves the thrills of being eaten and can't resist putting on a show, but anyone who talk to her can see that she's fighting her instinct, that her situation actually terrifies her and that she would do anything to become normal again.
Shukla crawls on the floor because her chocolate body is too fragile to support her weight and would break in on itself, and she eats so much mostly because she'd like to regain her mobility by strengthening her legs while keeping the rest of her body as it is.

Level of power
Chocolate body - Shukla's chocolate body makes her very flexible, and even more so when softened by heat, since she no longer has a skeleton. She also no longer feels pain, but can faint if part of her head is touched, she no longer needs to breathe and she no longer ages. Her body can now only eat and digest chocolate, which is melted and then added to the rest of her body very quickly. The fragility of her chocolate body means that she can no longer walk, if she stands up on her legs, she falls to pieces, can no longer fight and is extremely frail. She still have the strength and the magic power she used to have, but if she punched something, her arm would break immediately.
Bat physiology - Shukla's bat-like body gives her excellent sensory abilities, including highly developed hearing, which allows her to perceive sounds even from miles away, and a sense of touch that allows her to detect the heartbeat of a nearby creature without even touching it.
Food transformation - Shukla's power is to transform things into food, however, she can't reverse the changes once they're done, she turned herself into chocolate by accident and can't return to her original form on her own.
