Meowgician

Meowgicians are magicians who specialize in the proportioning of magic. They wear typical witch's attire and are in charge of providing a magical supplement to people more powerful than themselves who need to do precision work with their magic, it's an easy and very accessible profession and they are generally appreciated by their colleagues. Cats are so much a part of the business that it takes its name from them.
