Julia RockLiger is a historic figure in the wolf country, known for her numerous analyses of the speed of light, her theories on the limit of magic and the allegory of the camera.

Haughty with weak animals
RockLiger grew up in a time when weak animals were trampled on, and as a result, she feels that weak animals are only jealous of her.

Julia admires Nermal's strength, thinks he's interesting for what he can tell her about prehistory, and isn't at all afraid of him, even when he attempts to threaten her.

Acceleration - Like rabbits, RockLiger's power is to accelerate, but the small amount of rabbit dna in her body has pushed her power to the limit, allowing her to exceed the speed of light.
