She studies the psychological aspect of crushing, and seeks to crush every material and object on the planet at least once to become a dinosaur-snake, which is why she's always traveling, she's half-way through because her agency takes up a lot of her time, and she used to spend more time on searching when she was younger.

Mia is clingy and gives hugs very easily, it's like second nature to her and she's adorable with everyone, which makes her generally well-liked, even if she does tend to infantilize people a little.

Mia is friends with Gatto, who is very curious about snake culture so Mia talks to her a lot about it, she likes Gatto's simplicity and curiosity because it reminds her of Alcatraz, on the other hand, Gatto think Mia attractive and flirts with her.

Nermal

Mia has just met Nermal.

Mia met Nermal very briefly after he killed Fineas as he passed by her, she thought he was charming and felt she could have handled him if she'd wanted to, they never saw each other again after that, so she forgot him because Nermal stayed in his cave and Mia didn't go looking for him.

Nessie

Mia is afraid of Nessie, because it's the first time in her life she's met an animal stronger than herself. Being unable to challenge him herself, she quickly sought to put together a team that would be able to keep him calm.

Cana Fisch

Cana and Mia are friends, despite their very different personalities because Cana is very cruel while Mia is sweet, we don't know how they met or why they're close, Mia just mentions her to Gatto's team when talking about some of her acquaintances who've gone off to attack Nessie.
