President Moustapha is the president of the cat country, Nermal kills him during the events of Atomic revenge.

Moustapha is extremely pragmatic, hiding his megalomania behind numbers and facts in his favor to give himself legitimacy and immediately disconsider any emotional argument.
Normalizes his personality cult
Moustapha believes it's impossible for anyone to rule properly without a cult of personality, so he had statues of himself built in BlackMoon and inserted himself in the history books.
