The Senator Orguan is a powerful hyena who hunts down gnolls, senator in Cat country elysium. She organized the experiment that turned SkullCat into a robot.
Distinctive traits
Hate disorder
Orguan likes everything to be clean and tidy, and rose to a position of power only to be able to influence her city within the law. She has gone so far as to give up some of her rights so as not to have to obey the laws that would normally force her to remain passive to criminality.
Lady of Chaos
Orguan is nicknamed the “Lady of Chaos” by government officials. She spends her free time hunting down criminals instead of the police, and devours the criminals the law can't pin down.
